Do you want to explore Slow Fish by yourself but you feel lost and don’t wanna miss anything?
Don’t worry! Our personal fisher is the activity that suits your needs! The students of the Univeristy of Gastronomic Sciences will bring you around the event and will tell you everything about fish and fish products. Join us, a nice fish tasting is included in the tour!

Do you think going to the fish market is not easy as shooting a fish in a barrel? Don’t worry, join our tour: the students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences will bring you around Slow Fish and will give you lots of tips on how to recognise the fish that can be said good, clean and fair. This tour is open to all of those who wish to learn how to buy sustainable fish and recognise fresh and good fish when you go shopping. This is your time to ask us your questions and clarify your doubts
 

Fish&Fry

Can you smell the fried fish in the air and the nuances of marine breeze. Feel how warm is sun on your skin… fried fish tells us that food means sharing and caring. Think about your old grandma cooking or a tropical beach and join our tour guided by the students of the University of Gastornomic Sciences. Follow us in our journey from the origin of street food to the great fish & chips’ hysteria, we will guide you through tales and tastings.

Fish is very important to keep on shape and to have balanced diet. The students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences will guide you in a tour around Slow Fish telling you the truth about how fish is important for human diet. Why and how is it better to eat it? How can fish affect human health? How should you choose it when shopping? Not all fish are the same and so are humans.
